Islamic Voice Radio has been on air since 1996, set up to serve the wider Muslim community, and its programs can be streamed online. The station shares its home and website with the Salam Centre in Coolaroo.
The Salam Centre is a community building project begun in 2019. Once complete it is planned to include a library, creative hub, prayer and exhibition space, kindergarten, conference facilities and a sports hall, as a gathering place for families, youth and the wider community.
