Classes at Dar Nafisa Academy are built around discussion. The Mount Waverley community school teaches students to reflect on the Quran and Hadith and to see Islam as a complete way of life, with teachers who act as mentors and encourage questions and critical thinking.
The academy aims to build love for the deen and for the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), in a safe, non-judgemental space. Students also discuss current issues affecting the Ummah, and learning extends beyond the classroom. The school is on Fleet Street.
