The Roxburgh Park restaurant is the newer of the two Tiba’s, and serves the same food as the original on Sydney Road, Brunswick, which a father and son opened in 1983. The next generation, three brothers, now runs both restaurants, with their mother still a guiding hand.
Expect freshly mixed dips, salads and grilled meats, all cooked on the premises. Tiba’s describes both restaurants as fully halal certified. Weddings and smaller functions can be catered.
