Tiba’s has been serving Lebanese food on Sydney Road since 1983, when Hassan and his son Mohamed opened it. Three brothers, Hassan, Salem and Mohamed, have run it since 2000, with their mother Hoda still guiding the kitchen.
Dips and salads are mixed fresh, and grilled meats make up much of the menu, all prepared on the premises. Tiba’s states that it is fully halal certified.
Tiba’s caters for weddings and smaller gatherings, either in the restaurant or at your venue. A second Tiba’s is in Roxburgh Park.
