Chef Tomo has run Sushi Hinode from the same spot in Wyndham Village Shopping Centre for more than 14 years. You’ll find it in the food court near Aldi, across from the fruit and vegetable shop.
Sushi, sashimi, bento boxes, rice and noodle dishes are all made to order, and the restaurant says its meats are halal certified. Teriyaki chicken and salmon sashimi are long-standing favourites. Catering orders can be arranged, and there’s online ordering for pickup.
