Turkish delight, or lokum, has been made daily at Sultan’s Campbellfield premises since 1994. The family-owned business also makes pistachio, walnut, chocolate and Biscoff baklava, kadayif and mixed sweet boxes, and says its sweets are halal certified.
Much of what it makes goes wholesale to restaurants, cafés, kebab shops and grocers around Australia, but you can also buy for yourself or order boxes as corporate gifts.
