Brother and sister Luke and Alyssa grew up in Dingley Village and now own and run Strange Servant on Centre Dandenong Road. The brunch menu rotates regularly, with dishes such as Moroccan eggs and lamb Benedict, and the coffee list stretches to a tiramisu iced latte.
Weekends are busy, and much of the crowd is made up of regulars from around the village.
