Mandi is the centrepiece at OZMO: rice steamed over wood smoke and served with lamb, chicken or fish that has been marinated in a blend of more than twenty spices. The menu draws on both Hyderabadi and Arabian family recipes.
Skewers range from smoky Adana to lamb shish, served with rice and sauces, and feast platters of grilled meats, rice and sides are built for sharing. Kebabs, HSPs and burgers cover quicker meals. The restaurant says its ingredients are halal certified, spices are ground daily and meat is never frozen. It also caters for family events such as aqeeqa gatherings, from its shop on Tarneit Road.
