OZMAH started small, at a shopping-centre kiosk in 2015, and is still family-owned and run. The name is made from the initials of the owners’ children, and the business was set up because finding fashionable modest wear in a non-Muslim country was hard, especially across different body shapes.
The range covers hijabs, shawls, pashminas, underscarves and undercaps, along with abayas, jilbabs and other modest clothing. The shop is on Reservoir Drive in Coolaroo, and there is an online store too.
