Oz Piles started out pouring house slabs, suspended slabs and basements, and over roughly the past five years has moved into screw piling, concrete piling and basement construction. Screw piles go in quickly, with most residential jobs done in a day or two, and suit slab bases, decking stumps, raised floors and prefab or container homes. Engineered certificates are supplied.
The team also handles site preparation, core barrel drilling up to 600 mm through rock, concrete drilling and sleeper retaining walls with steps. Past projects include medium-density units in Doveton and underpinning in Port Melbourne.
