Local Muslims founded the Noble Park Islamic Cultural Centre in 1995 to provide religious and cultural activities. The centre runs the Osmaniye Madrasah, where children’s classes cover Quran and fiqh, Iqra and makharijul huroof (correct pronunciation of the Arabic letters).
The masjid holds daily prayers and Jummah. NPICC also arranges Qurban online, helps with marriages and with taking the shahada, and offers Hajj and Umrah services through the year.
