Three generations of one family have shaped Nasiba. It began in the early 1970s with Amne and Hussein sewing hijabs and Islamic dresses from fabric offcuts, grew into a store, and in 1993 took the name Nasiba, after Nusaybah bint Ka’ab. Their three daughters lead the business today.
The online shop carries chiffon, modal and jersey hijabs, abayas, modest dresses, linen shirts and trousers, coats and prayer sets. Part of every Mahabba collection sale goes to the Mahabba Giving Fund, which supports women’s education, Qur’an schools and families in need. There are also stores in Coburg North and Tarneit.
Please mention that you found them on Melbourne Local Guide.
