MyCentre, on Kraft Court in Broadmeadows, is run by the Multicultural Youth Centre, a registered charity set up in June 2010 to support young people from migrant and refugee backgrounds. It grew out of IISNA, founded by Samir Mohtadi, which started in the CBD before moving to Brunswick.
Masjid Aisha holds Jumu’ah and the five daily prayers. The MyPulse aquatic centre opened in November 2024 with a pool, gym and halls, and has set hours for women and for men. The centre also has an Islamic school, a café, childcare, religious classes, sport and counselling.
