Minhaj-ul-Quran International (MQI) was founded by Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri and promotes peace, interfaith harmony and religious moderation. The Australian branch runs events and conferences, and its Victorian community holds celebrations such as an annual Eid in the park.
The Victorian centre is on Faulkners Road, Mount Cottrell, west of Melbourne.
