Despite the general name, the cooking here is Lebanese: the food the owners grew up on, made fresh each day. Meals start with mezza and dips such as cucumber and yoghurt, tabouli and pickles, then move to charcoal grills of shish lamb, shish chicken and kafta, plus lamb or chicken shawarma and falafel.
