Lukumades are Greek doughnut balls, and this Roxburgh Park shop fries them to order: golden and crunchy outside, light and fluffy inside. Toppings include Bueno with hazelnut sauce, pistachio spread with dark chocolate flakes, a Snickers-style mix of milk chocolate, peanuts and caramel, and Lotus crunch.
The brand started out of a food truck in Melbourne in 2016 and opened what it calls Australia’s first store dedicated to Greek doughnuts nine months later. Gelato, coffee, shakes and refreshers are on the menu too.
