Husband and wife Tony and Amy started Kebab Nation after cousin Fred told them how popular HSPs had become. Their first shop opened in Watsonia in 2017, and the chain set out to run bright, clean, modern kebab stores rather than the old greasy-shop model.
The Eltham shop on Main Road serves the chain’s HSPs and generously filled kebabs, plus a range of Middle Eastern-inspired house-made salads, plates and sides.
