Kantin’s kiosk on level 1 of Westfield Doncaster brings the group’s North Sulawesi cooking to shoppers on Doncaster Road. Minahasan (Manadonese) food is known for rich spices and fiery sambals, and dishes such as bakmi ayam rica, spicy chicken on noodles, and nasi kuning Manado, turmeric rice with toasted coconut, are Kantin signatures.
Kantin also runs a small diner on Lygon Street, Carlton, and has an outlet in the Café Court at Emporium Melbourne.
