One of several Ilim College campuses, Glenroy sits alongside the college’s main campus in Dallas and others known as Kiewa and Doveton. The college bought the former Yorolla school in Glenroy to extend its teaching.
Ilim began in 1995 as the Islamic College North Western Region, set up to provide Islamic education. Today it is a private, co-educational prep to Year 12 school offering the VCE, owned by the non-profit Millî Görüş.
