Fabio learned barbering as a youth in Italy and spent decades honing his craft before opening Identity Man Barberia on Toorak Road, South Yarra, in 2020. Andrea, who trained in Milan, now cuts alongside him.
The shop offers modern and classic men’s haircuts and the old-fashioned cut-throat shave, with each cut shaped to suit the client. Hair care and styling products are sourced from Italy.
