Hiba’s Catering has cooked Lebanese and Middle Eastern food out of Caroline Springs since 2018. Trays include fried kibbeh, cheese and meat sambousek, falafel, warak enab (stuffed vine leaves) and hummus bi tahini.
It caters for birthdays, anniversaries and weddings as well as corporate lunches and executive meetings, and quotes for special meals on request.
