HealthFirst Therapies started out in Truganina and has spent around eight years treating clients across Melbourne’s western suburbs, now from Butterfly Boulevard in Tarneit.
Treatments include remedial, deep-tissue and sports massage, dry needling, hijama cupping, and spinal and peripheral manipulation. Sessions can use one therapy or combine several, depending on the client’s condition. Each session starts with an assessment of movement and muscle tension, and the clinic also sees people for sports soreness and injury recovery.
