Middleborough Road in Box Hill South is home to one of seven Glenny Kebabs shops around Melbourne’s south-east. Asad Syed started the business from a kiosk in Glen Waverley in 2016, and his standing in the local car scene helped draw crowds to his stores.
The menu centres on the HSP, a snack pack of fresh chips, your choice of meat and sauce. Mi Goreng fried to order and topped with tabouli is another favourite, and the loaded fries come with tabouli and jalapeños.
