Chips cut from Australian-grown potatoes, fried to order, then topped with meat and sauce: that’s the HSP that made Glenny Kebabs’ name. The Forest Hill shop on Springvale Road also does loaded fries with tabouli and jalapeños, and a freshly fried mi goreng finished with tabouli.
Owner Asad Syed started the business in a Glen Waverley kiosk in 2016 as a hangout for young locals, and it now has shops across the south-east, from Box Hill to Dandenong.
