Craigieburn Road is home to the 25th Dosa Hut in Australia, a halal Indian restaurant for dine-in and takeaway. The menu reaches well beyond its namesake dish, taking in South and North Indian cooking, Punjabi favourites, Indo-Chinese plates, street-food chaat and biryani.
The chain’s story goes back to 2007, when two Indian students in Melbourne set out to bring authentic South Indian food to Melbourne’s community.
