Bendigo’s Dosa Hut is on Mitchell Street in the city centre, part of an Indian restaurant chain whose founders opened their first shop in Footscray in 2007. Dosas are still what it’s known for, but the menu ranges across India.
There’s butter chicken and other North Indian curries, Chicken 65 biryani served with raita, Indo-Chinese dishes and chaat. Order ahead for pick-up or get it delivered.
