The Bridge Mall, Ballarat’s pedestrian shopping street, is home to this branch of Dosa Hut. The chain began in Footscray in 2007 as a South Indian restaurant serving dosa and idly, and its menu has since grown to take in North Indian curries such as butter chicken, biryani, Indo-Chinese dishes and street-food chaat.
Dosas remain the specialty, in many styles from plain to masala. Eat in or order for pick-up and delivery.
