Hand-pulled noodles, a Uyghur craft carried along the Silk Road, are the signature at Dolan Uyghur Cuisine, 382 Lonsdale Street. Formerly called Pasta Khan, the restaurant took its new name in 2023.
The noodles come in lamb and chopped noodle soup, a secret fried noodle, chopped noodles with rib-eye sauce, cold noodles with lamb skewers, lamb neck noodles and a hot chilli version. Salads, vegan dishes and other Uyghur specialities complete the menu, and tables can be reserved.
