Cranbourne Masjid was set up to meet the needs of the fast-growing Muslim community in Melbourne’s south-east, with a particular focus on young people.
The plan is for the Brunt Street centre to be more than a place of worship: a youth centre, an educational institution and a base for social and welfare programs that serve Muslims and the wider community alike.
