Queenie Ngo founded Charli Couture, a South Melbourne bridal studio on City Road that makes its gowns by hand. Brides can choose a ready-to-wear design or have a gown custom made, often starting from a few photos of the dress they have in mind.
Charli Couture also does alterations, including on gowns bought from other designers such as Grace Loves Lace, Vera Wang and Karen Willis Holmes. There is also a debutante collection.
