Cedar Bakery opened in Preston in 1998, bringing Lebanese baking and family recipes to Melbourne. The Watergardens store followed in 2020, inside the shopping centre on the Melton Highway in Taylors Lakes.
Today it runs as a concept store: fresh Lebanese pastries, specialty coffee, a dine-in menu for breakfast and lunch designed for sharing, and a grocery section, all in one space.
