Tom O’Toole opened the first Beechworth Bakery in 1984 with a team of six. It has since grown to eight locations across Victoria and New South Wales, with around 300 staff, and the Ballarat shop is on Grenville Street South in the city centre.
As well as the counter range, the bakery makes catering boxes such as fresh sandwiches for events and group orders.
