Brothers Sam and Tarak run Balha’s Pastry, working both the counter and the kitchen of this Lebanese sweets shop on Sydney Road, Brunswick. The family business moved to larger premises on Sydney Road in 2004, and the next generation has been trained to carry it on.
Traditional Lebanese and Middle Eastern pastries and sweets are the focus, made on site.
