Australian Muslim Social Services Agency

amssa.org.au

AMSSA started in 1990 with a single aim: to give Melbourne’s Muslims a place to offer their daily prayers. As the community grew, the Australian Muslim Social Services Agency took on more of its needs, and it has since become a not-for-profit services provider working with more than 100 public and private partner organisations.

The Boundary Road masjid remains at its centre, while the agency runs services shaped around the experiences of Australian Muslims, including a basketball project.

Please mention that you found them on Melbourne Local Guide.
