Arraqi focuses on two traditions from Islamic practice: ruqyah, the recitation of the Quran, supplications and seeking refuge in Allah, and hijama, the wet cupping described in prophetic medicine (Tibb-e-Nabawi).
The centre is in Motto Drive, Coolaroo, and sessions are by appointment. Before booking ruqyah, people can go through a questionnaire to help decide whether they need it, and the centre shares guidance on protecting yourself against the evil eye, envy, sihr and jinn.
