Anadolu started making Turkish-style smallgoods in 1978, using traditional recipes to serve the Turkish community in Australia. Production today runs from Lara Way in Campbellfield, and the range covers sucuk, beef smallgoods and a selection of continental lines.
Most of what it makes is sold through others: Victorian supermarkets, continental delis, boutique butchers, restaurants, cafes and takeaway shops. The products carry halal certification.
