Adana Co began as a food truck on Melbourne’s northside before opening shops. The signature is the Adana kebab, which shares its name with the city in southern Turkey: hand-minced lamb pressed onto wide, sword-like skewers and grilled.
The lamb is grass-fed spring lamb, with no additives, soy or fillers in the mince. This shop is at 850 Sydney Road in Coburg North, at the top end of the Sydney Road strip.
